Jesse Truman
Jesse is a 23-year Broomfield, CO resident and has been in real estate sales and development for 17 years. He started flipping single family homes in 2006 and continued to do bigger and better projects every year. He started to develop infill projects in 2009 at the bottom of the Great Recession. Over the last ten years alone, Jesse developed nearly 20 separate projects representing 300 homes/townhomes and generated a total of $150M of sales. Simultaneously, he has sold over 700 homes in the Denver Metro area for clients.
Jesse has been married to his wonderful wife, Natalie for almost 19 years and has a 16-year-old daughter and 13-year-old son. When he is not spending time with his family or working, Jesse is an avid/scratch golfer and belongs to Omni Interlocken Golf Club.

Jim Candy
Jim is a Boulder, Colo. native and proven “start-up guy” with experience growing successful organizations from scratch. He has navigated the entitlement, sale and complex negotiation on what the City of Louisville, Colo. called the “most complicated properties in the city.” Jim is one of the top producing agents at Live West Realty in Boulder.
He and his wife live in Boulder along with their two boys, Josh and Micah.
Bobby Stier
Bobby has called Colorado home for the past 18 years—spending 2 years in Boulder and the last 16 in Broomfield. He specializes in development while also helping clients with their homebuying and selling needs. Over the past 10 years, he’s played a key role in developing 15 projects, totaling 175 townhomes and 17 single-family homes, and generating over $100 million in sales from these developments alone.
Outside of work, Bobby loves golfing, fly fishing, and spending quality time with his wife, Bridget, and their two young sons.
