Jesse lives in Broomfield with his wife and their two children, Callie and Bode and remains deeply connected to the communities where he invests and advises.

Jim is a Boulder, Colo. native and proven “start-up guy” with experience growing successful organizations from scratch. He has navigated the entitlement, sale and complex negotiation on what the City of Louisville, Colo. called the “most complicated properties in the city.” Jim is one of the top producing agents at Live West Realty in Boulder. He and his wife live in Boulder along with their two boys, Josh and Micah.
