Jesse Truman
President
Jesse is a 23-year Broomfield, CO resident and has been in real estate sales and development for 17 years. He started flipping single family homes in 2006 and continued to do bigger and better projects every year. He started to develop infill projects in 2009 at the bottom of the Great Recession. Over the last eight years alone, Jesse developed over 14 separate projects representing 249 homes/townhomes and generated a total of $150M of sales. Simultaneously, he has sold over 700 homes in the Denver Metro area for clients.
Jesse has been married to his wonderful wife, Natalie for almost 19 years and has a 14-year-old daughter and 11-year-old son. When he is not spending time with his family or working, Jesse is an avid/scratch golfer and belongs to Omni Interlocken Golf Club.
Bobby Stier
Vice President
Bobby has lived in Colorado for the past 15 years; one in Boulder and 14 in Broomfield. He’s specializing in development while still assisting his clientele in buying/selling their homes. He’s helped develop 10 projects in the past eight years consisting of 139 townhomes generating $85 Million in sales from the developments alone.
Away from his desk, Bobby enjoys golf, fly fishing, spending time with his dogs (German Shepherd and Chocolate Lab) and traveling with his wife, Bridget who just celebrated their two-year anniversary.
Jim Candy
Vice President
Jim is a Boulder, Colo. native and proven “start-up guy” with experience growing successful organizations from scratch. He has navigated the entitlement, sale and complex negotiation on what the City of Louisville, Colo. called the “most complicated properties in the city.” He and his wife live in Boulder along with their two boys, Josh and Micah.
